Delegation on occasion congratulated Insha Mushtaq and his whole family for passing and Securing distinction in 10 th class Exams. TEH Delegation also Gifted a Shawl to Insha Mushtaq and Prayed for his bright future.. It is worth to mention that Insha was hit by Pellets in both her eyes fired by government forces in sedow village of Shopian during 2016 Uprising,due to which he lost his eye Sight. (KNO)
